Based in Germany and led by Boris Belenky (MBA), METHOD Consulting brings over 15 years of international experience in corporate finance, financial operations, and business transformation. Our foundation combines senior in-house leadership with deep advisory and financial sector insight — drawing on experience at Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Services and from inside the banking sector, where we gained firsthand understanding of credit structures, risk analysis, and financial regulation.
